A lot of the stories are very "oh my god what the fuck were you smoking?"
There's a story about a girl who sniffed too much glue. And got a tissue stuck permanently into her nose.

Also in the last story you can kinda see where he got ideas for some of the shots in Big Fish - other than the book of course (which I haven't read orz) it's kind of cool.
